I really like his personal notes. They’re very encouraging. He acknowledged you’re going to have some ups and downs, but to always move forward. Very positive message in this book so far. I love this quote “Relapse isn’t failure. It’s part of the reset. Every lasting change includes setbacks, skipped workouts, late night snacks, lost momentum. The goal isn’t to avoid them; it’s to learn how to restart faster each time. We’ll come back to this later in the book, but remember it now that comeback is built into the plan. “
